Italian pasta sauce is also easy to make, and since most freeze well, they are easy to have on hand. Some of these easy dinner recipes, like lasagna, also freeze well for a future dinner. I often make two lasagnas, one to bake and eat immediately, and one I seal in my Vacuum Sealer
and freeze for later. This works great if you have a Pyrex baking dish than can go from freezer to oven or microwave. Just put the dish inside a large sealing back and vacuum. They last for months in your freezer.
